General conditions as of March 16, 2025:
This commercial operation is only valid for specific periods of time, the entire catalog or certain items of Éditions LUCIE CEP and/or in a limited or unlimited geographical area. Any buyer of a paperback or digital book of their choice from the general catalog of Éditions LUCIE CEP may be entitled to it once.
A buyer making multiple purchases at the same time as part of this operation may obtain a refund for the highest book purchased up to the maximum refund amount.
In the absence of specific details in a transaction, the maximum reimbursable amount is set at €50. In the event of acquisition by deferred payment or on credit, the original date of the right to reimbursement will be that of the total payment.
The buyer's right to reimbursement of the book will begin after having made an appointment with our manager or any other authorized person and having provided all the necessary documents required to present the buyer with a more advantageous insurance offer providing better guarantees and/or rates in all life and damage branches.
The reimbursement will take place at the time of the conclusion of at least one insurance contract through the brokerage firm LUCIE CEP and may be made in various cumulative ways listed below and spread over a period not exceeding one year from the original date of the right to reimbursement.
If it is impossible to find at least one insurance contract more advantageous than those of the buyer or if the new contracts taken out with LUCIE CEP represent an annual premium of less than €500, the buyer will be given a book of a price equivalent to that purchased within the limit of available stocks and excluding any shipping costs.
The refund of the book may be made in one or a combination of the following ways: - Reduction of entry fees or brokerage or fees - refund by credit card or transfer to the bank account or reduction on another purchase or offer of a book.
In the event of splitting the payment of the premium for the insurance contract(s) taken out with LUCIE CEP, reimbursement of the book purchased can only take place from the actual payment under the insurance contract(s) of the minimum annual premium defined in the general conditions in force.
The buyer who has subscribed to one or more insurance contracts will always have the option of opting for the delivery or sending (excluding postage) of a book of equivalent value in place of reimbursement.

Notre société d'éditions s'inscrit dans la branche littéraire de l'objectif d'amélioration des jouissances des clients du groupe d'activités de LUCIE CEP.
Après presque deux ans d'ouverture auprès de nouveaux auteurs (plus d'une vingtaine pour l'instant en février 2025), nos éditions sont maintenant distribuées par le groupe Hachette Livre dans les librairies du monde entier et nous couvrons des salons du livre en direct et au travers de certains auteurs sur l'ensemble du territoire national cosmopolitain ainsi même qu'en Wallonie et peut-être bientôt en Suisse.
Dans le cadre de la réalisation de notre objectif de développement durable à impacts durables tant économique que social, nous allons participer très activement au lancement de l'association d'intérêt général "Les Sachant Présenter Avec Soin »* destinée à aider certaines personnes dans le besoin et volontaires** et des entreprises de proximités à trouver de nouveaux clients et les clients eux-même à en tirer des avantages réels.
C'est ainsi par exemple que LUCIE CEP Éditions offrira à tout nouveau client suite à son adhésion à l'association d'intérêt général LESPAS, une remise de 5% sur tout livre acheté en présentation-dédicace ou sur notre site et rémunèrera Madame ou Monsieur "Le SPAS" à l'origine pour son indication.
Pour nos auteur rien ne changera au niveau de leurs droits toujours exprimés en % du prix public HT avant remise. Ce qui sera appréciable de chacun d'entre nous comme de nos clients sera de communiquer sur cela pour créer un effet boule de neige tant pour développer le nombre de Profitants que de Contributeurs et de SPAS.
Dans une optique de développement et de recherche de complémentarité entre nos branches, nous mettons en place des relais au bénéfices de nos clients pour leur permettre de bénéficier dans les meilleures conditions du maximum de nos savoir-faire en amélioration de jouissances tant pécuniaires que littéraires et patrimoniales.
