Association under the 1901 law contributing to the elimination of SPAS and the growth of human-scale activities
Our object
Our charity work is not about giving away a coin that is of little use, just as our support for the development of local businesses is not virtual.
From there to saying that we will eliminate poverty in the blink of an eye and allow human-sized businesses to offer their advantages to everyone in the mass distribution channels, we hope so, but we will only get there by everyone contributing, little by little.
For a long time, the same recipes for human and political-social kindness have only produced increasing poverty and the downward homogenization of products and services, so let's try to value all these human necessities. Let's try a new way of giving value to those in need and valuing particularly valuable economic contributors.
Neither Paris, nor the World, nor each of us was built in a day.
There must be a time for everything and for everyone.
It's time to start competing together.
Without mentioning the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, there will be three of us to bring about this change, based on the recognition of values, qualities and merits.
SPAS
Those who present themselves with care are exclusively representative of three types of adults or emancipated persons:
-- The Penniless: RSA recipients or self-employed workers who no longer have any income;
- The students
- Retirees or unemployed people whose rights have expired.
Any acquisition by a Beneficiary of an article, advice, service, benefit referenced by a Contributor will give rise to remuneration according to the scale established between LESPAS and the Contributor.
The Contributors
These are human-sized economic entities, also known as proximity entities. They can take any possible individual, liberal, or societal form. The only basic criterion to be met is that they be registered (Register of Trades, Companies, etc.)
whatever their activity may be. Each contributor will offer a benefit reserved for new LESPAS beneficiary customers who come by indication of a Knowing How to Present With Care.
Depending on his business line and the sales he makes with each Profitant, he will do two things:
- when selling to the Profitant who will do the same on his side, he will pay €1 to LESPAS
- According to the scale that he will have personally established with LESPAS, he will have to pay the SPAS the amount of the planned indication.
Les Profitants
Les Profitant(e)s ont pour seules caractéristiques d'être des acheteurs de produits, conseils, services, prestations réservés aux adhérents de LESPAS par les Contribuant(e)s.
Pour devenir adhérent et potentiellement bénéficiaire des avantages réservés à chaque adhérent de LESPAS, il lui suffit de payer une adhésion symbolique à LESPAS qu'il renouvèlera à chaque acquisition pour permettre à la personne lui ayant indiqué cette bonne maison, affaire, service, ... d'être rétribuée par le Contribuant.
