Without comment but with the certainty of at least contributing to it in due measure, this pleasant essay aims, by opening the collection "Les SPAS", an acronym that each future author will decline in his own way, to raise awareness of the possibilities, already existing in France, but totally hidden, diverted, of eliminating a global scourge that has existed for a long time and caused many misfortunes and legal deaths although totally horrible.

Telling you more would be completely counterproductive for both you and the author. You might discover something obvious: the meaning of the acronym for the first SPAS should be eliminated, but the solutions to remedy this require a complete overhaul of our concepts, habits, desires, etc.

You will no doubt understand that the subject of this essay cannot be confined to itself and that it is better to laugh and change methods than to continue to mourn our total inability to eliminate famine and poverty.
